We are flexible! If you are not sure of your move in date, select your estimated move-in date. You can adjust your move-in date based on availability.

This may change depending on the facility’s availability or storage unit being reserved.

If you do not know your move out date, we will make your reservation for up to 3 months. If you plan to stay longer than 3 months, we can adjust your move out day if the site if available. However if you know that you are storing for longer than 3 months, you can make your reservation for up to 12 months at a time. Just remember to give us a 10 day written notice before you plan to move out.

We give you the flexibility to book a reservation to help you plan ahead. This timeframe may change depending on the storage facility and/or storage unit being reserved.

Yes, we require a 10 day written notice should you need to move out.

A small, one-time admin fee is added to the first month’s payment to cover the cost of setting up your account and processing your rental agreement.

Yes! After making your reservation, you can complete the rest of the rental process by filling out this Google Form with all of the information that we need to complete your reservation. Once you fill out this form, make your first month’s payment and agree to our Terms and Conditions, you will receive your gate code.

You can also sign the lease in person. But providing everything ahead of time speeds up the check-in process. Or if you will not checking in during office hours, all of these items will need to be provided before you receive your gate code.

If you completed the Google Form you just need your gate code and site number to get to your space. If you have not provided copies of your registration, driver’s license and insurance, you’ll need to bring those to the office before receiving your gate code.

Office hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday and 9:00 am – 4:00 pm on Saturday.

Gate access is available between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm daily

Of course not. Store with us for however long you need. Our leases are available on a month-to-month basis.

You will receive an notice 10-days prior via email with your next month’s bill. All tenants must be on auto-bill and your credit card will be charged on your anniversary date. Verde Ranch RV Storage does not accept cash or checks.

Once you make your reservation online, fill out the Google Form with your rig and tow/follow vehicle information. If you made your reservation over the phone or in person, these questions will be asked at that time. A copy of your driver’s license, registration and insurance will need to be provided. They can be emailed to [email protected]. Once the Terms and Conditions are approved (link will be in your reservation confirmation email), you will be provided your gate code and can move in anytime during gate access hours!
